This classic Beurre Blanc recipe is great on top of fish and is a nice sauce to add to your repertoire. 



Sides        
Cippolini Onions are small and sweet. The balsamic vinegar and honey further bring out the inherent sweetness of the onions. This recipe makes a great side dish. 

If you're from the South you probably grew up eating Grits. I must admit for awhile I was not a huge fan. But I have a special ingredient I add to my grits that makes them creamy and delicious. And no the secret ingredient is not cheese.

People always ask me what my favorite food is and it is Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. With this recipe need I say more. 





 There's nothing like Momma's Lasagna, especially my Momma's.





Seafood        
If you like Mussels then this recipe will blow your mind. The broth the Mussels simmer in is incredible and like most of my recipes this one is easy to make and doesn't break the bank. 



This recipe is inspired by my time working at an Italian Restaurant in Atlanta, GA. When it was my turn to pick what we would have for our staff dinners this is what I would usually choose. 

There is nothing like sweet, succulent, spicy shrimp. They cook quickly are tasty and inexpensive. 




This Lo Mein Recipe is very Low Maintenance, hence the name. You can make this in 15 minutes flat. 

This Swordfish Recipe is great for Indoor Grilling. Also Swordfish is a great fish to make for that special someone you are trying to impress.
