Creamy Cheesy Grits Recipe

Creamy Cheesy Grits
Serves 4-6

1 cup heavy cream
1 can (1 2/3 cups) chicken broth
1 cup water
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup quick grits
A few sprigs of parsley for garnish

1. Turn stove top to medium heat. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
2. Add the butter, salt, and pepper.
3. Slowly whisk in grits and reduce heat.
4. Cook 15 to 20 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
5. Remove from heat and plate. Add cheese and parsley for garnish and Serve.
