Beef Lo Mien -

The noodles were perfectly cooked. The beef was juicy and succulent

Shanghai Style Noodles with Shrimp - 

The sauce seeps into the noodles and they go from crunchy to moist and soft.

Scallion Pancakes - 

The best I've ever had.
